Best Friends

Hi

I know it has been along time but I have had a few problems with the card I have been using to stamp my images on. I had to go out and buy new card as the one I used made my Copics bleed, totally ruined my image that I had coloured. So disheartening. But here is the finished article.....

This is a Lili of the Valley Stamp and it is absoloutely gorgeous. I have used Copics to colour, Martha Stewart Edging Punch, Frond Punch, Marianne D die cuts, Bazzill Cardstock, embellies and paper from my stash.
Until next time, take care.

Hope you like it. Please feel free to comment.

Fishing!

Hi

I'm so excited I have my first follower, thank you Catherine.
Been a little while since I last posted. Thought I would have a go at making a boys card, It has taken me all morning to make this and the poor dog is desperate for a walk. I really struggle to design boys cards because of not being able to put pretty things on them but I love these stamps from lili of the valley so couldn't resist.

I have to give credit to Bev Rochester for the tutorial for the sky, which I love. I have used Copics to colour this image and various papers and embellishments from my stash. Think I will use papers that aren't so similar next time so that they will stand out. Please feel free to leave any comments they are much appreciated.
So that's it for now best go now and walk my poor doggy.

Teenagers Birthday Card

This is a birthday card I made for a friends teenage daughter.

I have used Moxie Classic Unicase Alphabet Set by Quickutz,  paper and flower from my stash, Doodlebug Simply Sweet mini rub-ons and peel offs.
The quickutz alphabets are so versatile to use on cards. Mind you they are also good to use on storage boxes etc.. You could also embellish them with rhinestones like I have on this card.
I will be posting more cards shortly so come back soon.

Holy Communion

This is my first blog so here goes.

I have used mulberry paper, rhinestones to make up the cross, peel offs and the sentiment which was computer generated.
My twins went to a Holy Communion party a couple of  weekends ago so I made a card for each of them to take.
Having twins means double of everything when invited to parties!

I have used Sitting Angel Tilda stamp (I love these stamps), Copics to colour, Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, Nesties and the sentiment was computer generated. I have added some glitter glue to the wings but it doesn't show up in the picture very well.

I wanted the cards to be very different and quite simple. The girl whose party they went to is called Angel so I thought this card was very apt.
