Mo Manning ~ Paul Texting

Hi Everyone,

Spent a few lovely days at my mum and dad's with the children over the half term holidays. We took Pepper our Springer with us as she now gets on well with their dog Max.  Aimee, Jessica & Sam went Trick or Treating with their cousins and even though they got soaked they had a great time.

Onto my card, I have used a Mo Manning stamp called Paul Texting, great for a teenager.  The papers are by Dovecraft and are called Masculine.

I am entering this into the following challenge:

Well that's it for today, and thank you for any comments you may leave.

Take care,

Jo Painting

Hello Everyone

Thank you for all the lovely comments you have left me with regards to my grandma, so kind of you. The funeral was 'lovely' I know some people may find that odd to say (Gordon did) but people wore touches of pinks/lilac/purple etc and hardly any black as it was a celebration of her life and she loved pretty colours. The thing that made it different I feel is that the hearse was silver instead of black! I think it gave the funeral a calming effect.
The wake was lovely as it was held in a very large old house (Gordon used to go to senior school there) in a beautiful room which opened out onto the gardens.  The children played outside while the adults chatted inside and/or had a guided tour from Gordon. Think it brought back lots of memories for him.

Now onto my card, today I have made a card using an image from Mo Manning called Jo Painting, I just love her images they are so beautifully detailed and a pleasure to colour.

I am entering this card into the following challenge:

#151 ~ Anything Goes
